Fiery French Whiskey will continue to stand at Red Valley Genetics in Piedmont, SD in 2026. Anticipated collection dates will run from February 2nd through approximately May 15th. Cooled, shipped semen will not be available once live breeding begins in mid-May. There is an outside chance of late season shipment approximately 30 days after last live cover.
Limited live cover will be an option again this year for approved mares later in the season (June - July). To ensure our ability to continue to cover existing client mares, we are not taking any further live cover mares for June and early July in 2026. If you have an unusual situation, reach out for discussion. We may have more options late season if that works for you. The standard contract with a live foal guarantee is listed below.
