Whetham Quarter Horses
2009 Colts All of our 2009 colts were sold within a few weeks of being born. Check out the others for sale. If we don't have what you are looking for, give us a call or drop us an email......we might be able to hook you up with someone who bought a horse from us previously with the intention of breaking them out for resale. NOTE for 2010: It's official - all three mares that we bred last year ended up open. This is the first year that we will not have a colt born on the place since 1989. It is a good thing we aren't trying to live off of the horse income!

Our daughter of Cinderwood Doc had a dun filly out of Gunner. There is lots of chrome on this one. Her mother is a big mare. This is her first colt. She looks like she will be smaller than her dam but she is correct in every way. Her dun factor tiger stripes are already prominent. She is going to be a flashy package when she grows up and should be a fabulous athlete.
Sold to Becky Lee from the Sliding SL Ranch in Spring Valley, WI. She will join her sire and 2 half siblings from prior years.

Skeeter, our only remaining daughter of Woody, had a dun horse colt out of Gunner. He is a big boned colt and will have some size to him. His dorsal and tiger striping on his legs are already showing through. He doesn't have a stitch of white on him. He loves attention. This is one of those colts that you have to push through the gate to get him out of the way. This colt should be able to perform in the arena or on the ranch, will have the size to pull a cow and will look classy doing it.
Sold to Dave and Martha from Tennessee. You're gonna love this guy.

Tootsie and Gunner teamed up to produce this very nice horse colt. He is a bay roan with no markings. This colt has a lot of bone and leg. Coupled with the fact that Tootsie milks like a Holstein, I'm sure he will be big. Tootsie is the dam of the horse that Josh roped off of in high school and college. She always raises one of our best colts. I'm sure that this one will be the same.
Sold to Dave and Martha from Tennessee. They got all of the boys this year. This was our first sale to Tennessee. Thanks folks....I hope to see you riding them in the future on your trips through the area.
