2009 Colts

With the sell down last year and losing the first colt to the flood, we only had 3 colts for sale this year.  They are all sold. Let us know if you are looking for an older horse......we sometimes get contacts from previous buyers who need to sell the horses they bought.

NOTE for 2010:  Skeeter was not exposed in 2009 and Tootsie was bred late.  Contact us early if you are interested in a prospect.  We won't have many for sale and they will go fast.

Our daughter of Cinderwood Doc had a dun filly out of Gunner. There is lots of chrome on this one.  Her mother is a big mare.  This is her first colt.  She looks like she will be smaller than her dam but she is correct in every way.  Her dun factor tiger stripes are already prominent.  She is going to be a flashy package when she grows up and should be a fabulous athlete.

Sold to Becky Lee from the Sliding SL Ranch in Spring Valley, WI.  She will join her sire and 2 half siblings from prior years.

Skeeter, our only remaining daughter of Woody, had a dun horse colt out of Gunner.  He is a big boned colt and will have some size to him.  His dorsal and tiger striping on his legs are already showing through.  He doesn't have a stitch of white on him.  He loves attention.  This is one of those colts that you have to push through the gate to get him out of the way.  This colt should be able to perform in the arena or on the ranch, will have the size to pull a cow and will look classy doing it.

Tootsie and Gunner teamed up to produce this very nice horse colt.  He is a bay roan with no markings.  This colt has a lot of bone and leg.  Coupled with the fact that Tootsie milks like a Holstein, I'm sure he will be big.  Tootsie is the dam of the horse that Josh roped off of in high school and college.  She always raises one of our best colts.  I'm sure that this one will be the same.
